Virtual Meeting: Wednesday, July 1, 2020 – 7:00 PM on Zoom

Everyone is welcome, whether they read a book and want to share or they just want to listen and learn!

Participants are asked to read a book on the topic of Pandemics & Diseases Throughout History and to write a short summary of the book. In need of a book while the library is closed?  Check out a listing of titles accessible through our digital library resources: Pandemics and Diseases Throughout History

Each person will have an opportunity to share what they read within their book summary; the summaries will then be shared within the group so all may read them.  Please forward your summary to melcirc@noblenet.org prior to the meeting and it will be forwarded to the moderator of the group.  Please include your name and email address with your summary.  If this is your first time participating, you will be added to the History Book Club email list and you will receive direct email communication from the moderator and the group.

Participants will have a chance to read over the summaries and then meet on Wednesday, July 1 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be held through the remote conferencing platform, Zoom.  If you would like to join in, please register below by Tuesday, June 30th so that you will receive an invitation via email to join the meeting!
