VIRTUAL Flow Into Fall, Gentle Yoga with Michelle

Gentle Yoga led by Michelle Heron, offers mindfully paced movement with attention to breath, and meditative rest. From the comfort of one's home, participants will explore various yoga shapes with care and presence as we transition into cooler days.

A yoga mat/towel or blanket, blocks, extra pad for knee cushioning, bolster and/or pillow are great support props to have nearby.  Cameras can be on or off, options are given, props are encouraged, and invitational language is used to enhance personal empowerment.

Classes are free and open to all to join.
