VIRTUAL Mindful Yoga for Fall, with Michelle

Join local yoga teacher, Michelle Heron, as she leads a 4-week online yoga series, where participants will experience a slow and steady yoga flow for fall.  As we shift into cooler temperatures, with shorter days and longer nights, adding in more grounding, warming practices can help balance the mind, body, and spirit.

Each class will include accessible yoga poses, attention to breath, and mindful meditation to bring in support and community care for our current season. Suggested props: a yoga mat/towel, chair, strap, blocks, blanket, extra pad for knee cushioning, and a bolster or pillow.

Classes are free and open to all to join, however, separate registration is required for each session:

  •     Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Register Online starting Tue., Oct. 15, at 9:00 AM.
  •     Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Register Online starting Tues., Oct. 22, at 9:00 AM.

You have no medical conditions that you are aware of, which would prevent you from taking part in classes and/or workshops, and you assume responsibility for any risk or injury that you may sustain as a result of participation.
