VIRTUAL: Winter into Spring Yoga with Michelle

Please join Michelle Heron as she leads a 4-week online yoga series, where participants will explore the practice of yoga through the seasonal shift of winter into spring. From the comfort of one's own home, reawaken the body and mind with a gentle yoga flow, focused breathing, and longer held poses to shake off winter and move into the energy of spring.

A yoga mat/towel or blanket, blocks, extra pad for knee cushioning, bolster and/or pillow are great support props to have nearby.  Cameras can be on or off, options are given using invitational language, and props are encouraged.

Classes are free and open to all to join, however, separate registration is required for each session:

Tuesday, March 26 at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Register Online starting Tuesday, March 19, at 9:00 AM.

Tuesday, April 2 at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Register Online starting Tuesday, March 26, at 9:00 AM.
