Yoga for Spring with Michelle Heron

Classes are free and open to all to join; however, separate registration is required for each session, see below.

Join local yoga teacher, Michelle Heron, as she leads a 4-week, spring yoga series. Realign with the active energy of the season to bring renewal and growth back into your body, heart, and mind. Yoga for Spring will explore the connection of moving with the breath, from lying down poses to transitional sitting/kneeling poses into standing poses, with a focus on strength and balance. Each hour-long class will include a mindful approach to movement, meditation, breath awareness, and community connection.

Suggested props for comfort and support: a yoga mat, strap, yoga blocks, blanket/pad for body cushioning, and an optional eye pillow. Please allow yourself extra time for parking and settling into class.
